Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep is a prequel to the first game. In BBS you play as three main characters. Terra, Aqua, and Ventus. They all wield the keyblade. They also travel to other worlds in search of others who may be worthy of the keyblade. BBS also features a real-time battle system. The game is bright and colorful with great sound. *Focus T25 is a completely focused workout where you will be focusing on specific muscles and body parts hard. Now if you are more asking, is Focus T25 fun like Insanity, I would have to say it is more fun than Insanity because you will be covered in sweat, but at the same time you will only need to work for 25 minutes.
*The result is FOCUS T25—and the name implies the intent: If you focus your intensity for 25 minutes and you do it 5 days a week, you will get results. The FOCUS T25 base kit includes 11 workouts on 9 DVDs, Quick-Start Guide, Nutrition Guide, ALPHA-BETA Workout Calendars, 5-Day Fast Track, and a B-LINES Resistance Band (15 lbs.).Beta Phase. I even doubled up workouts to make sure to get them in because I wanted y’all to get my review as soon as possible. I have even given you a complete picture of the program and guides.
Now it’s time to take a look at the add-on phase, the Gamma Phase! Just like TurboFire or X2, Focus T25 has an advanced phase called Gamma. It is an add-on and will give you 4 all new workouts. These workouts are more focused on strength and muscle building. After crushing the Alpha and Beta phases, you know that you won’t want to stop! Gamma gives you a great option to keep improving and to grow even stronger with T25.Focus T25 Gamma Phase Workouts
The focus of T25 Gamma phase is strength. It spells that out from the start of the workout calendar… FOCUS: STRENGTH. I’ve always been a huge advocate of hitting the weights to get the best results. If you want real body composition changes, you need to be incorporating weight training. Shaun T’s weight training is always intense. He goes hard all the time. It will limit how much weight you can use on each lift because the pace is so fast. But go hard and focus. You will see your strength increase with Shaun T’s style of lifting just like you will if you were using another program. We always get better at what we practice. So if you are Beastin’ up, you will get stronger and better at that style of lifting. If you are doing P90X, you’ll improve at doing those styles of workouts. T25 Gamma is no different.
The Pyramid: You’ll need some weights or bands and maybe a mat for floor work. You start with a great cardio warm up section and your HR is already starting to scream. Then the pyramids start! Many of the sets are combo sets. For example, the first set is a Hummer Curl – Squat. Each set of building hammer curls is broken up with a squat. Use that squat to take a break from your curls. Each set has one more rep added to the curls. Lifting sets are broken up with some cardio moves. This just keeps your HR up and you need to keep your focus. I really liked the Push Ups + Child’s Pose. That would be a great pyramid to see how big of a pyramid you can build. The Child’s Pose lets you take the smallest of break to set it up for the next step of the pyramid. All in all a great workout!
Rip’t Up: Again you’ll need some weights or bands and maybe a mat for floor work. With all of these lifting workout (as I said before), have a bunch of dumbbells around to find the right weight. You will be limited in how much you can use as these are high rep, high HR workouts but find what is right for you. If you can use 20s, great! If you can push it more and use 30s, even better! Just keep improving. This workout has more basic lifts but they are all back to back to back to back and that makes it BURN! T25 Gamma makes you bring it! What you will notice about the Rip’t Up workout is that you can use a pull up bar if you have one available. So if you have done P90X, have that pull up bar ready. You will get more out of the back work if you are using a pull up bar. I really liked the chest press progression. Go slowly and make it count. If you stay focused you’ll be amazed at how much this will work your chest. Finally, just wait for the Superman Pulses. Brutal! :-)
Speed 3.0: No gear needed for Speed 3.0 from T25 Gamma but if you’ve been through the Alpha and Beta phases, you know that you are in for even more fun! Have you caught that the Speed workouts don’t allow you to turn off the music? It’s because the whole workout requires you to find your rhythm. Don’t be worried. It I can do these workouts, you can too! It amazes me how much workout can be crammed into 25 minutes when you don’t stop. Speed 3.0 takes it up a notch and there are tons of agility moves. You will need to focus and keep your mind engaged as well as your body. You will burn a TON of calories in this workout. These Speed workouts are really my ideal cardio. Right to the point, intense, great music, and challenging. Just give it all you’ve got and have fun with it!
Extreme Circuit: For this workout, you pick your dumbbells up and then don’t set them down for 25 minutes. :-) You’ll hit everything with this workout. Pick too heavy of weight and your forearms and grip might give out before the 25 minutes are up. Start light and see if week to week you can up that weight. The Pull Up Burpees were one of my favorites from this workout. I like when Shaun T tells you that “you’ve got to stay in the fight.” With all of these workouts in T25 Gamma you have to stick with it completely. 100% mental and physical focus. Don’t let your mind tell you that you can’t because you CAN!T25 Gamma Completes the T25 Package
This additional phase really rounds out the T25 program. It brings it home and it’s great! There are two calendar options with T25 Gamma. You can do a pure Gamma phase or a Pure Strength Hybrid that incorporates some Beta workouts as well. You could really add another 8 weeks to the initial 10 weeks of the T25 Alpha and Beta phases.
There are two options of packages for T25 Gamma. You can get the workouts only in the DVD Only package or get the Deluxe Package if you want some bonus gear. I’ve been a big fan of the News Gothic and Franklin Gothic fonts. We had originally gone with Franklin Gothic, but I personally can’t stand how the strokes on each side of a glyph have different weights. It’s very distracting to the eye. Benton Sans is much more clean, modern, and simple.

Brain first appeared on Lil Dicky’s 2015 debut album Professional Rapper, featuring on the track ’Pillow Talking’. TJ Francis, in a piece for lifestyle website BroBible, wrote that the character allowed Lil Dicky to ’dive deeper into his own mind and show off a different side’.[1]Mass Appeal published an interview with Brain on 14 April 2017, where he stated that he was working on a debut project.[2] Lil Dicky teased a release from Brain on 1 September 2017, tweeting that ’Brain been in the lab too’ in response to a tweet asking about an upcoming album from Lil Dicky.[3] 1 week later, Brain released a debut solo single on Soundcloud, entitled ’Left Brain Right Brain’.[4] This was followed up the next day by another single featuring Lil Dicky called ’Could I B Jesus’. Hot New Hip Hop’s Mitch Findlay praised the ’banging instrumental’ and Lil Dicky’s ’signature blend of hilarious wit and capable flow’.[5] While neither track was featured on the EP, the 7 track EP was released on 14 September 2017.Critical reception[edit]
Aron A., writing a review for Hot New Hip Hop, deemed this EP ’another confirmation of Lil Dicky’s creative brilliance’.[6] In a self published review on his theneedledrop YouTube channel, Anthony Fantano was more critical, calling it ’unlikeable on all levels’, but praising The Game’s feature on ’How Can U Sleep’ and admiring the production and instrumentals. However, the review was broadly negative, with Fantano saying that ’for something titled after a brain, it’s pretty goddamn brainless’.[7]
In the Sonoma State Star, Nick Coats said of the EP that ’if you are a fan of Dicky, you will appreciate his impressive flow, lyrical prowess and creative genius behind his character, Brain’, presenting the opinion that while the EP is credited to Brain, the Brain persona ’once again serves as comedic relief’, and Lil Dicky takes the lead with what Coats calls ’heavy lyricism and flows’.[8]XXL’s Nick Mojica gave a similar view, writing that ’although Brain is still used for comedic relief, Dicky once again flexes his lyrical prowess on the project’.[9]

It depends on your purpose (diagnostic or coding or programming) and model (Exx or Fxx or others).
For Coding, you need different Tools, NCS Expert / SP-Daten for E-Series and E-Sys / PSdZData for F-Series.
All Diagnosis and Coding can be done with cheap DCAN Cable for E-Series and cheap ENET Cable for F-Series.
For Programming (Flashing ECU’s with new Firmware), then you need ISTA/P for for both E-Series and F-Series cars, or you can use WinKFP for E-Series and E-Sys for F-Series. For E-Series Programming, you will need an ICOM, but for F-Series Programming, you can use ENET Cable.

With these K+DCAN cables there are two subtle different versions, one with pin 8 enabled, one with it disabled. The one with it disabled is ideal for e90 newer than 03/07 & that era, these leads often come with a black adapter to re-enable the pin 8 (by just tying it to pin 9) so it will also be suitable for e46/e39/e63 etc. The ones with pin 8 active are just older versions of the cable. Worst cast scenario you just need to modify the cable & stuck a switch on it to toggle pin 8 on/off as needed.
The reasons being that on DCAN cars one pin is used for a ethernet connection and the other to the K data line – on K line cars, both pins are connected to K data lines and that creating a switch mode circuit would cost more than the interface is worth. The 2 most sensible options are both hardware-related:-
– Use an adapter (such as the one sold by One Stop electronics) which internally bridges pins 7 & 8 or…
– Mount a small switch on the OBD plug end of your adapter, which can bridge (for K line) or separate (for DCAN) the connection between pins 7 & 8.
As soon as you connect the interface to the car and your computer, run DCAN.exe to configure the comms rate. I have only used the K+DCAN interface with DCAN cars.
Fyi, You only need to run DCAN.exe when you are switching between modes. If you run it the first time you connect to a DCAN car, your computer will retain the settings.
Switch K+D CAN adapter between K and D CAN protocols for use, depends on the car that is connected.

I always switch my K+D CAN adapter between K and D CAN protocols as I need to, depending on the car that I’m connecting to.
I use the DOS version of the DCAN utility. As mentioned if you only use the adapter on the e39, run the utility once and set the adapter to K CAN and leave it at that.
In fact thinking about it I use the same adapter for INPA, DIS and ISID.

Q: I have a 2003 E39 so there is no OBD1 anymore. How do you switch the modes physically? Do you use such a adapter to connect Pin 7&8?
A: If you don‘t plan to use the cable on any cars that have DCAN(2007+) then you can pop open the case and solder a jumper between them. When you do this the DCAN functionality will no longer work though.

Part 4: INPA BMW software troubleshooting
1.Driver Error
Message comes along with an ADS or OBD connector.
This error occurs if another program or device has taken the COM1 port of your PC.
If you want to work with EDIABAS or INPA, please make sure that the COM1 port is not taken.
2.EDIABAS Error 126 (only up to Ediabas V6.4.x)
Reason: This error message appears if you start the Tool Set while an INPA script is running. This is also true the other way round. The reason for this is that only one programme can access EDIABAS at a time.
Solution: Therefore, before you start the ToolSet, you must exit INPA!!!
3.ToolSet Error: Runtime error ’372’
The following error message appears.
Reason: The old version msflxgrd.ocx exists under c:winntsystem32.
Solution: msflxgrd.ocx under c:Ediabasbin must be registered. To do this, select “Start” “Run…” and execute regsvr32: ediabasbinmsflxgrd.ocx in the window and confirm with “OK“. The following must be entered for Windows XP: “regsvr32 c:ediabasbin msflxgrd.ocx“
* INPA: vehicle could not be identified
Solution:
– uninstall supplemental Ediabas altogether (right click/uninstall on Ediabas MSI file if it’s the one that’s currently installed)
– in your main ISTA/D deployment directory, rename C:RheingoldEdiabasBIN to C:RheingoldEdiabasOLD_BIN
– reinstall Ediabas MSI package, changing its install path to C:RheingoldEdiabas during installation
– this will create a new C:RheingoldEdiabasBIN directory containing all Ediabas binaries + DLLs + INI files
– the rest of Ediabas package (docs, helper files, sim files, etc ….) will be installed in C:EDIABAS as usual
– modify EcuPath parameter inside C:RheingoldEdiabasBINEDIABAS.INI to C:RheingoldEcu
Then, you can redo your other settings :

You also don’t have to care about ifhsrv32, which is a network proxy for Ediabas. It’s used when ISTA (or any BMW diag software needing Ediabas to connect to car), is run from another PC than the one where Ediabas itself is installed, and “discusses” remotely with it over a network.

* INPA Error IFH-0009: NO RESPONSE FROM CONTROL UNIT
The hardware for INPA can be:
BMW ICOM A2/ICOM Next;
INPA KDCAN USB cable;
EDIABAS OBDII interface;
Reason:
1) Poor quality, or incorrectly wired interfaces. IFH-0009 errors are the most common in D-Can+K usb interface leads. Often these low-quality can be badly constructed, incorrectly wired, or contain the wrong chip set drivers or come with no drivers at all!. Whilst not all Chinese interfaces are poor quality, buying cheap imported leads is a gamble and when problems occur the seller probably won’t be interested. It is therefore important that you buy an interface lead from a good quality, reputable Vendor.
2) Wrong or Incorrect Interface Drivers. Again, mass produced interfaces can often contain cd’s with the wrong chipset drivers or come with no CD at all. Without the correct (latest) USB drivers, your interface lead will not install under windows properly. Our software package comes complete with a popular driver which is compatible with most Chinese and Western produced USB Interfaces, which will often work if the one supplied from your interface lead vendor doesn’t or hasn’t been included.
3) Incorrectly configured interface lead. Again, one of the most common problems with USB type leads. When installing a D-Can or Usb Interface lead, you will need to reconfigure the Windows based com port settings, so that the USB lead, appears to replicate an old RS-232 serial port. To replicate the port correctly, you need to change the existing Com port setting of the USB interface within Windows to Com Port 1 and change the latency setting to ‘1′ and check any ‘Fifo’ box
4) Incorrectly wired interface. Once again, there is no set standard as to the wiring pin configurations used within D-Can + K interfaces, by the various manufacturers. Some interface leads have pin 8 disconnected, some have pin 8 physically linked (bridged) to Pin 7, and some have pin 7 & 8 connected individually with no bridge link. If you still have problems connecting to the vehicle, and still get ‘IFH’ style errors then you should open the OBD Socket of the lead and check the pin wiring to see which type of interface you have. You should consider trying your interface lead, with the following configurations….
